Slow down, calm your mind, and heal your spirit in this intimate meditation circle.
What does it entail?
Meditation is mostly guided and partly self-led. You will have an opportunity to connect with your inner source through still and quiet meditation, mantras, gentle movement and stretches, visualizations, positive affirmations, and deep breathing techniques. Some hands-on comfort tools may be used in the class to deepen relaxation (please let me know if you prefer no touch). Each week will have a theme.

Meditations are held in my home studio in The Annex, Toronto. The address is 637 Euclid Ave, on the third floor.
~ Thursday October 4th, 8:00 - 9:30 pm (theme: water)
~ Thursday October 11th, 8:00 - 9:30 pm
~ Thursday October 18th, 8:00 - 9:30 pm
~ Wednesday October 24th, 8:00 - 9:30 pm
What to bring:
You need only bring yourself. If you wish to contribute to the meditation circle in any way, you are more than welcome (e.g. song performance, guided meditation, personal experience...)
Meditations are donation-based. There will be a collection jar in the front entrance if you wish to make a cash donation.
Meditations are drop-in. If you plan on attending, please let me know before the start time so I know to expect you. Please let yourself in.
